I spent the past few days doing homework--a particularly difficult project for my statistics class and the midterm for my accounting class, so there hasn't been time for much. I realized today that the first week of my vacation is gone already--poof. It has run off, quick as a bunny... But! I have one more week for frolic-ing and merriment!
As you can see, we have a new toy in the rabbit room. Pink is checking it out.
And pronounces it adequate.
A scene from Friday or Saturday--surrounded by cats (from left clockwise: Scratchy, Chester, Yazziebear and Buckaroo) and needlework and my homework. I have a desk, but I prefer working cross-legged on the bed, as I did in high school. Maybe I'll even get to stitch tomorrow.
Come along with me this week:
A trip to Vienna to see the exotic vet, where Peaches will be spayed and the boys are scheduled for mani-pedis.
A trip to Wegmans to shop for food.
A possible trip to the heart of Baltimore to scout for 50s furniture.
Richmond? Culpeper? Staunton? Catonsville? Stay tuned....

Well! The cats must have been plenty helpful with your homework & needlework ;)
All the best to Peaches for her spay!
You picked a great week to wander. The foliage is so pretty right now. Enjoy!
Look at all those cats, my goodness. I hope they are helping you. Fun new toy, lucky buns, well, lucky you that they approve. Best wishes for P's procedure. We well stay tuned for travelogue.
Hi! Just found your blog probably from a comment on the The Ginger Cats' blog (poor Pixie baby i hope she feels better soon). Do you take the bunnies to Pender Vet? Good luck to Miss Peaches on her spay. I can't imagine how anyone could abandon a defenseless bunny in the middle of a highway. It's amazing that she survived, wonderful that the couple looked after her and finally rescued her, and totally sweet that you adopted her and she fits in so well with your boys!
How fun to see the kitties and Pink exploring the new place!
Good luck to Peaches and a quick recovery!
Well, they may sleeping instead of helping, but at least they're staying out of the way!
Have fun with what's left of your vacation! They go way to fast!
Let's see, if there are two orange cats and one grey cat in an urn, and you reach in and take out one, the probability of ....
Oh bother ... take vacation!
Say .. are you sure you aren't really two people to take care of all that stuff????
Run Peaches run! LOL! Glad you had plenty of kitty help.
Lovin' the thought of you doing homework on the bed with your kitties!! :D
