9. Lil Bo Peep Samplar

Hard to believe another sampler--and another day--has rolled around again. I went to In Stitches today to order a couple of charts (wait 'til you see! but I'll wait until I have the charts in hand to show you a good photo) and to kit up a large-ish project that I'll start for this challenge, so stitching time was limited. Today's sampler is Lil Bo Peep Samplar by Little by Little. I'm stitching it on a bit of mystery LL in a darkish color (Examplar maybe?) using overdyed threads. Here's the problem: I don't know which overdyeds I used exactly--my project bag seems to have disappeared, and of course, I didn't note the conversion on my chart. So I'll have to do the best I can to match them so I can start it again.

The drive-through finally yielded a bunny last night, and he's sitting with a second bunny that Patricia got for me, and a unicorn that Radonda picked up. Thank you so much, ladies, for adding to my menagerie.

The needlework shop was busy today, I suspect because stitchers are hearing the rumors about the possible 6-12" snow storm coming our way. It has gotten very cold out and I told the rabbits that anyone going out should be sure to wear a muffler.

Pink: "Peaches, a muffler is a scarf, not a bunny sitting on your face!"

See you tomorrow with the newest big sampler project maybe!

I'll enjoy watching you stitch this one very much. Anything by Little by Little catches my eye! Hope the bunnies stay warm. We're supposed to get that same snow storm!

I did that with a Workbasket pattern (didn't mark down my conversion) and I wound up cutting it down to make a little bag from the portion that I'd finished. I will someday restart the design USING THE KEY. LOL!

Love your sampler choices! I especially like the Phebe Edwards sampler which is new to me. Don't often see yellow/gold used so prominently in samplers but it seems so warm and friendly. I am usually not a "yellow" person but I think I need to hunt this one down.

What a sweet pattern! I'm sure you'll figure out what to use!

You have a great ability to pick out some awesome samplers. Can't wait to see what charts you ordered!!!

Those bunnies are too cute - and so are the ones from McD's!

Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

The bunnies are so cute... all of them... real and stuffed. I like the latest sampler. Looking forward to seeing what you have on order. We are hoping to get some of that snow as well. I would love to have a few snow days of stitching and knitting. :)

Have a good rest of the weekend!

I would eat a Big Mac for one of those ...

I always wrap a rabbit around my neck before going out in the cold. We all do that out here in the Pac NW.

Oh, yay! Bunnies from McD's! Does that mean you can end this Happy Meal travesty now?

I'd wear a bunny everywhere if I could, no matter what the weather.

Ack. I forget just how much I love Little by Little designs till I see a pic of one of a WIP. I love all of your choices for the challenge and can't wait to see what you're coming out with next! Also, I have to admit, I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one who does color changes and then forgets what those changes are!! LOL Keeps things interesting, anyway, right?!

We are expecting cold & snow in Oklahoma as well. Staying indoors and stitching is a good plan.

Oh no. Not more snow. Love today's 'start'. I hope you don't have to work too hard to figure out your conversions.

Yay for finally getting a bunny! And I'm loving the Little Bo Peep. It's snowing here currently, so I'm about to settle in with my stitching.

I am just wondering which part of the house your rabbit hutch is located. Good thing your rabbits is not messing up with your projects or not interrupting every time you start a project. You must have a very behave pet out there.
