Sail

I started "Sail Away," stitching at lunch at work for the first time in a long time, since there's just a small amount of homework left and studying for finals. I finished Deb's RR block also, but Blogger won't let me post the photo.

And here are the buns, draped over each other, napping. Although we run the A/C, it's still warm upstairs, so you'd think they wouldn't want to be all curled up together. Do you suppose bunnies sweat through their feet? These cage doors stay open, since there's a baby gate up to this room, but they seem to prefer napping in their cage.

I haven't been in love with SB's stuff for a while, but I really like Sail Away. Can't wait to see your progress.

I love your current WIP, and that picture of "the boys" is adorable!

Snuggle buns! Even though Tyler and Sydney could go anywhere, they too like to hang in their pen. Rabbits cool through their ears, on supper hot days a water on the ears can speed this process. Or as ice pack.

Oh I just love it when they flop together.

That's funny -- they like to sleep in their cage. If you shut the door and made them stay in there, they'd want to sleep on the floor outside. Buns -- you gotta love 'em!

no, they have fluffy feet which don't help to keep them cool. they don't sweat at all, actually...and they can't pant like dogs do. they do lose some heat through their ears, though, so wetting their ears down may help some.

I started SAIL AWAY last night - love this design. I worked more on it this afternoon so got more in. Are you having a hard time telling silks apart from each other? The greys and blues look so similiar! Of course I've had this problem with SB kits before but still love their designs. lol
