Sampler Sunday

Not a lot of time for stitching this past week and next; my classes are finishing up on the 31st, so it's crunch time for all those assignments I procrastinated on during Christmas, the flu and most of all, during the 15-start challenge. I haven't even had time to go to the needlework shop to poke around and pick up the wonderful charts I've ordered. So here's the little bit I accomplished on the Gingham Dog:

And a little more on Ann Rayner:

"You'd better get back to work instead of frittering away time on the Internet!"

Happy week!

  3. Even a little progress is good progress! You'll be done with your classes in no time and hopefully you'll have more time for stitching. Can't wait to see what is awaiting you at the LNS!!

  7. I think your rabbit is reading my mind too! LOL!!! Then again, since I finished my degree last fall and things have died down a bit at the shop, I find myself with too much time on my hands. So, I try to divide my time (on days off) between the net and stitching.

Good luck with end of term stuff!!!

  10. I saw the Elvis haircut just the other day in a magazine. The lady, a TV actress, said it was the worse 'do she ever had. Looks great on the flirty boy though!

  21. I love Ann Raynor and yours is just beautiful. I was going to stitch this one but the hair on the woman and man stumped me. I am looking forward to watching your progress on this sampler. Enjoy.

  22. Of course, if suitable treats were provided, perhaps Elvis and the other buns would "help" you with your assignments. Thus either providing you with splendid work done on time or valid reasons as to why your assignments are late.

  25. Glenna - it is so fun seeing your beautiful bunny photos - they are so darling - I'm sure you've said before but is the fluffy one an angora bunny? thanks for printing the blue cheese dressing recipe - I adore blue cheese dressing so I have to make that one - it would be good on paper bags I'm sure LOL! Love all your sampler shots - you have some beautiful projects selected for the challenge. I will enjoy watching them come alive. Have a good week - Melody

  28. Beautiful work, Glenna. And I think I need to put the photo of your bunny telling me to stop "frittering away time on the Internet" right on my computer screen. Our internet was down all day yesterday and it is truly amazing how much I got done around the house!!

  31. I understand what you feel little bunny... you want your human to finish her art work and give some time to you guys. How about you go back to your rabbit hutch and take for a nap for a while and soon your human will be ready for you.
